Tiburon is currently one of the few national consulting companies that have multiple legacy systems installed internally for education, development and project support of client engagements. We have an IBM OS/390 running CA-IDMS, CA-Datacom, IBM’s DB2/UDB, IMS, VSAM, Ingres, Microsofts SQL Server and the full Oracle product suite including the last several Oracle database and E-business suite applications. Because of our multiple outsourcing projects we are able to demonstrate our methodologies on our internal datacenter.

Tiburon provides outsourced application support, database administration, maintenance and support of existing legacy systems. We provide a combination of onsite and domestic resources, a single point of contact, redundant critical resources, 24 by 7 coverage and a team approach.

Tiburon will provide the following:

• Support for multiple database environments and ancillary software - 24 by 7
• Perform upgrades, production support, monitoring, end user support.
• Support for application environment for project work, maintenance and requested user modifications.
• Regular or emergency maintenance activities such as database file expansions, database maintenance, apply vendor PTF’s or other activities as required to maintain the operational integrity of the legacy system.
• Proactively utilize the vendors support system to investigate and download. APARS/PTF’s as required to repair and/or maintain the clients environment.
• Investigate and implement system tuning and performance improvements.
• Provide plans of scheduled tasks and requests, with expected delivery dates for all projects.
